What fabric did you use for this? Did you use fray check or does the heat-and-bond keep the raw edges from fraying?

heat n bond helps it to an extent, but it depends on the fabric too I guess. Nowadays I usually do a satin stitch around the edge to keep it nice and fray-free XD
