Well, despite the fact that they hardly get along, they are friends, and they trust one another with their lives. I think the only issue that they would have with it, after the initial shock, would be if their siblings break up.

Yeah, then again, I thought the same thing about Cornelia and Caleb. I was thinking about creating my own W.I.T.C.H. Β Oc. She wouldn't be a gaurdian. She'd actually be Will's older sister.

He'll like her too. They meet during Will's birthday party, when Caleb is trying to cover up the fact that Will and the others have gone to go fight evil, and Quinn (that's her name) tells him that he's a terrible liar, and to simply let Will know that she was looking for her whenever she gets back. They meet a couple of times after that, but Quinn doesn't become a regular character until season 2.

She is. She's kinda bossy, and a bit narcissistic, but she's a relatively good older sister. Sometimes lies to their mother to cover up Will's absences.

Dad. She looks a lot like Will. She isn't very fond of her father, though, because he left their mom. She understands what's going on between them better than Will does.

Yeah, they're pretty close. Quinn always knows when Will is lying, so Will doesn't like to tell her things, but Quinn has a way of wheedling out information. But, Quinn is older than Will, and as such, she attends a local community college, and spends a lot of time studying or in class, which is why she's not a regular character until season 2.
