Description I was ready to finish the build video when I made the left sword, but then I learned the Epic Cardboard Props guys style and made the sword on the right.
It turned out so nice, once I finish this project I wanna revisit my old builds to wrap them too. It takes time, but the results are stellar.
I gave myself a lot of extra work, but I hope to finish editing and upload soon. Stay crafty y'all

I soaked shipping paper strips in wood glue water, then used sculpting tools to refine the details. I learned it from Raphael's videos on Epic Cardboard Props!

Actually, I had a complete prototype leftover and wrapped that one! So I have both swords in the photo. I soaked strips of shipping paper in glue water and put them on the blade.

If you wanna see how I wrapped it, I just posted the pics on my tumblr (Makerholic). The full footage will be in my video!
