I buy the Italian One Piece releases, but I also read scanlations to avoid online spoilers since here we're around three months behind the Japanese chapters.
In the USA there is the Shounen Jump digital magazine available too, with the latest chapters (I have no idea if they've the older ones too, though).Β ^^
