I had so much fun with my previous Storm painting I just had to do another one of her
I wanted to do something more dynamic and do more than just her head.
As for technique, I tried to do that messy visible-brushstrokes-thing so many cool artists do but I think I have some more practicing to do before it feels anywhere near natural. My impulse is always to smooth things out as much as possible, which usually makes my work start to look more plastic and fake than it should, and I'm trying to stop doing that.
