I'd like to contend your statement where Jessica is loyal to Roger...as she is caught playing pattycake with another man which seems to be the ultimate treason to Roger and while she may have tried to keep it a secret and even blame Eddy for having Roger find out...that doesn't change tha fact that she should know how sacred the act of pattycake is to Roger and to even think about betraying that trust....I believe that's more than sufficient!
She didn't freakin "manipulate her creator" into having relations with her..ultimately he WANTED to have it with her and any "manipulation" thereof was merely a reciprocation of mutual desire...that's my take anyway!
You should actually know better than to wake up without sufficient reason and a character's desire for world domination may seem like such at first you fail to realize it doesn't hold resonance if it's actually developed reasonably well enough: We actually see her go from a character within her own world that's just an exceptional "Bad Girl" type to a full-on villainess in a movie that really didn't have a villain and didn't need 1 until she'd actually been developed into such as needed!
I'm gonna leave alone those opinionated checks especially those last 2 because that's just gonna be what you thought of tha film and its characters cause it's mostly your opinion and not really anything factual that can be disproved or disspelled like I said!

Holli Would is hotter. Both women undoubtedly ooze sex appeal, but Holli just appeals to my baser instincts. I call it my "Stripper Pole" corollary. Which of these two could you imagine humping and dancing around a stripper pole at a cartoon strip club? The answer is most definitely Holli Would. Jessica is more of an over-endowed cocktail waitress than a stripper.
Another reason Holli wins out is because Jessica Rabbit is way too faithful and into her "man" er-- "rabbit" for my tastes. She's not "available." Holli Would is. Plus there's something just... wrong... about women who screw animals (even cartoony, humanized animals).

Who Framed Roger Rabbit would have to be though one of my favorites growing up. I always that Miss Jessica Rabbit was really pretty and sexy too. You captured both of the characters wonderfully. ^^
