Awesome perspective! I really like how it feels like you are gazing forward and up - it's like a panaramic photo.
Nice use of colors and lighting with the butterfly - and I like how it goes from good detail at the bottom, to just shapes up at the top.

You've got a butterfly, a ladybug, and a jellyfish in the same shot, and it looks plausible. ^^ I love how the school of fish near the surface is so clear, but the butterfly in the foreground blurs into the water. The contrasting colors are also really nice.
