I don't know whether this is something that's intentional, but the location of the eyes is very very low, too close to the nose. I saved the image and played around with it and it looks more aesthetically pleasing if you elevate the eyes and eyebrows a bit higher, away from the nose.
This is just my point of view, though. I think the rest of it is great and you did a very good job.
