MUH MUH MUH POKER FACE! Ha ha, I love Lady GaGa's music, but I've never really taken a good look at her until I found this pic of her on the net. I fell in love with the pic and knew I had to draw it, and overall I'm pleased with how it turned out.Related content

Excellent use of shading/light tones. I like the detail in the folds, and the eyes are lifelike. It captures the expressiveness of the original picture.

I am officially OBSESSED with Lady GaGa. I hated her, then I was intrigued by her, then she swallowed me whole and wriggling. You know how I love your celebrity portraits, and this one takes the cake!

Thanks! I should probably add that I had a half-chewed pretzel incident while drawing it.....I did some erasing and went to blow the eraser crap off the page while I was chewing a pretzel and the wet, brown sticky muck flew out of my mouth and right onto the page! It landed in her hair!

Oh good! I tried to get it all off, and I did, but then later on I went back to work on her hair more, and the spot where the pretzel landed is darker than it should be (it's towards the top of her head on her bangs). See the two dark lines? They weren't supposed to be that dark!
