This is utterly unbelievable work, MadSpike...though personally, I wish there wasn't such a quality difference between your insanely awesome rendering work from the neck down and the imported facial rendering from BioWare (or closely based on it). Yvonne Strahovski's a beautiful woman but the scans they used for the character render's face bugs me horribly.
But yeah...you're amazing and don't let my hang-ups tell you otherwise

It looks like her right thigh is a lot thinner than her left, because I don't think you can rotate your hips in such a way that we should be able to see both buttocks.

I like how Tali leaves a little to the imagination, lets fan-artist go wherever they want with her, people start romancing Tali to see her face but stay with her for the personality.
