Batwing and pantherclaw get the warning from bat drone that crazy frog has gotten his amphibian hands on a item called the "star crystal" an intergalactic gem that can unleash tremendous powers so, our heroes, along with Bob, grab their weapons and head to the base. There, they meet and free a captured lalaloopsy named haley galaxy, who mentioned that the star crystal is from her spaceship and must get it back

Meanwhile, the frog plans to use the crystal to create a huge mech and take over the world with it. Can our heroes and haley get the crystal back and save the day?
