Description yah this was the first time i drew a picture using the whole, uh, layout process xDD
as you can tell, it didn't really work out too well.
still learning to draw on my own without a reference though, and i'll keep trying
wish me luck!

Hum.. IMO, the bangs are too thin, that's my feeling... and also the shadow(not sure if that's the right word xD) under the chin, i think it's not right, because of the angle... because the shadow would have that angle if the frontage(?) was from the opposite side... i'm really sorry about my english hehe ~ but i LOVE LOVE the pretty little girl <3 so cutee ~~

did you use a layout? trust me, they help with the head shape and proportions A LOT.

its that thing where you draw the circle, make a bunch of lines, put a cross in the middle, erase the lines... i think its called a HEAD layout XDD

You're forgiven. Technically it's called the construction method with aligning the proportions and such, but that's not so important. Believe me it takes time to get a good handle on using this method- even I still struggle with it. Trying and failing is better then not trying at all.
