As Cassiopeia 'Cassie' Clarke spent hours lying on her back in the loft of the family barn, staring up at the stars; Cassie knew she wanted to join Starfleet. After excelling at the Academy, Cassie was assigned to the U.S.S. Liberty. Cassie is an expert in stellar phenomena with a background in engineering & computer systems as well.

So not quite a Halloween thing here but I figured Cassie sporting a costume worked for something to post for Halloween.

This is inspired in part by my friend who had Cassie and Amy donning some classic TOS uniforms for a costume contest. I decided it be fun to actually put Cassie into that look and even write up a little bit on an Alternate Cassie in the Trek verse.

I made Cassie and her TOS gear in Heromachine 3. I took some different elements from various clothing pieces and put them all together. Did a lot of editing in GIMP to remove necessary lines and such. I did Cassie's hair different from usual to incorporate that 60s feel and also just to do something different for fun. The background is a simplistic landscape much like we'd see in the classic original series.
