"B-Because I'm bigger than you!"~JCA: Big Jade, Little Valmont
I only watched JCA sporadically when it was running, so I only really saw the first 2-ish seasons. Magic talismans, witty banter, English villain, demonic possession of said English villain, contrived martial arts displays-- just like a real Jackie Chan movie!
But when the internet told me there was an episode with Valmont as a kid... had to see it. Even though it was a later season where Valmont had been reduced to a penniless joke and, the death-stroke, his voice actor had changed. Despite that, it was a pretty good episode. Valmont is just an adorably jerky 10-year old.
Sadly, Jade's "Grow-Up potion" resulted in growing 50 feet high in-show.
The "What-If" factor could not be ignored.

Now that I think about it, maybe even if the potion DID make her older, it would still backfire. (As in, instead of simply turning her into a grown up like this pic, it would turn her into... Eww, imagine Jade as a 100-year old hag.)

I have to admit, I did find it funny when Valmont got turned into a kid. You just can't take him seriously after seeing him as a 10-year old.

Do you think you might eventually do some of the other episodes, like "Queen of the Shadowkhan" or "Jade Times Jade" (ironically, both of which are nightmare fuel for me)?

I think there might be a few time travel episodes where we see Valmont as a kid. Not only that, but we also see... A GROWN-UP JADE!
