Needed to make a change. Maddy and Mary redesigns for 2019.Mary hasn't changed all that much other than her fringe not being as big, and her hair is longer than before.
Maddy though has changed a LOT. She has more pronounced lips, the hat is bigger, her hair is also smoothed down a big to give her a better siloette, and she's wearing a different shirt so we can see her tattoos. Still some tweeking to do here and there but we're getting close.

It's great to see you changing your style. I like the way you've done the hair, head, and ears, especially on Maddy. I gotta say, the pinpoint irises looks really creepy on Mary. The lips on both characters are also a bit big. Mary more so than Maddy. All in all these are pretty good designs and I'm glad you had the guts to redesign them. Redesigning is always hard and you've done pretty well for the most part.

Mary has always had pinpoint irisis. Yeh, I made the lips a bit too big here so I'm changing that. It's a fun experiment, and the, it's not easy changing characters like this. But I'm getting close to how I want them to look.

I see a great deal of influence from Disney's Hercules, which is awesome because that art style rocked!
