Beautiful car! That is indeed a Model A car from 1928 - 1929. And it is indeed equipped with rumble seatΒ - you can tell by the chromed handles at the sides of the lid, and the way the lid opens (to the back of the car), as evidenced by the lock on the edge nearest to the rear window. This would be a Coupe, and most likely the rear window was fitted with a regulator that allowed it to be lowered to communicate with the (un)fortunate passengers on the back seat.
