This is a Utau and I really like his voice and his outfit so i wanted to draw him ^^He is a really weird character but i like that This is in fact a boy (a 6 year old cross dressing boy who weighs about 25 tons with missiles on his chest idk)

Anyway I sorta like how this turned out, the coloring could be better but its not bad I also don't like how his dress came out >.< it looks weird!
