i don't know why but this is so appealing, to me.
it must be the rough texture, the composition (something like a boat floating in the air), and the colors, very earthlike, something like the past or something in the future.

The image gives the impression of a world or asteroid travelling across the sky driven by sail power!
Not so sure about the trees below the body of the 'Ship' on the right, they distract the eye, otherwise an excellent image.
