Koda was born in a pride made of warrior lions, female lionesses were treated less important than males because males said females were weaker than males, so having a female cub it was not something to be proud of.
Koda had a littermate named Tessa, also a female lioness.
When their dad noticed his mate had two female cubs, he got mad at her and always treated her with contempt, he left her live just the nurse the cubs but their relationship ended that day, and he got another mate. He wanted a male cub.
Despite he hated her ex mate, he had some kind of ''responsability sens'' and helped to raise and feed the two females, he believed that maybe one of them could not be that weak, both of them had his blood after all, one of them had to be helpfull some how, so he started their warrior and hunting training at 3 months, the two females practiced sparring between them, not knowing what would wait for them later.
When they reached the adolence their father planed to make them fight to death between them, just to make sure he'll keep the stronger female, obviously both sisters refused and her mother wasn't agree too, she confronted her ex mate and he killed her ruthlessly in front of her daughters. Both girls got histeric and erratic of sadness and emotional pain.
Their father asked them once more to fight and and Koda refused, he threw a blow just in Koda's face and yelled at her to fight Tessa if she doesn't wanted to die like her mother, Koda had blood on her nose now and both girls knew they had to fight for their life..
Koda looked Tessa just in her eyes and Tessa holded her gaze, let it her know she was ready to fight, both lionesses started to figth and both gave the best they could, Tessa bitted Kodani's paw with fierce but Koda bitted her sister's neck with all the strength she could, and that gave her all the advantaje to win the fight, all with their father watching them.
In a few minutes, Tessa was death and Koda was all covered in blood of her sister, she looked her sister body and then her face, with tears in her eyes, at that moment she realized what she had done.
After that her father told her he was proud of her and she ran to the den to hide from the guilt. She passed moths with the feeling of guilt and had no expressions in her face. When she turned two years she realized it was not her faulf, but her father's.
She decided to kill him while he slept and ran of her pride.
She lived two years as a rogue becoming stronger and fiercer, and finally ended up on Nguvu pride, just because she decide to stop running from her past.
