I think it's a wonderful angle. The whole railroad tracks photo is so cliche. This actually adds a different perspective to it.

A wonderful shot. In other cases perhaps, this angle would be too flippant. It seems to work here alright. I still think this image would look much better if the horizontal were to be observed
