AHHHHHHHH!! OH MY GOODNESS I'M SOOO HAPPY TO SEE HER AGAIN!!!! SHE LOOKS BRILLINATLY STUNNING AND BEAUTIFUL!!! I absolutely love her in the Chibi styled (seriously, you've got it done so well they're all so incredible, dynamic and adorable!!!) Big fan of her shortΒ white hairs flicks and the crisps shapes here emphasise them beautifully!! The dark skin is perfect and the shines and effects work sooo beautifully on her skin!! AHHH THE EYES ARE SOOO AMAZING!!! The glowing details in the cybernetic eye and his cold expression are absolutely brilliant!!! Amazingly well drawn sniper as well!!! The proportions and details on its are perfect and the texture really brings it alive (Haha!! Well, not literarily, but you know what I mean!) Awww I really like her strong pose here and the pigeon toed feet look really great!!! (Really love the design for her shoes as well!!! She has such a cool and well defined design!! Awesomely awesome!!!

ehehe same and than kyou!! and good guess, she was ! she defected from the army and was captured for treason but was too good a sniper so the army was like anyway keep doing what ur good at [puts collar on her] it bomb (she escaped anyway nad desotryed the controls for the collar butthat didnt deactivate it)
the bomb collar still glows with power and she was told if it was tampered with itd explode so its just a burden she has to bear now :' )
