Anime Expo pictures are rolling in!! Here's my Marauder Ashe from League of Legends ~Presenting: the most painful costume I have ever made and worn. Those shoes were absolute hell and I knew it years ago and I never learn. Maybe one day I'll learn....

I'm trying to make my own marauder ashe cosplay. And I'm wondering two things if you want to answer them.
1: What kind of material did you use to make the armor?
2: How did you make the bow? (I want to be able to use mine like a real bow.)

hi!
1. for the armor i used a mixture of craft foam, worbla, and eva foam. some pieces are covered in worbla and some are not
2. i carved four pieces from pink insulation foam and pieced them together over a pvc pipe that i shaped with a heat gun! i dont know how to make it a functioning bow actually, since mine is just a prop. be careful though! most if not all anime conventions wont allow a real bow in :c

I've always wanted to cosplay Marauder Ashe...I want to do it this year for the anime bonsai here...only issue is, buying it is just too expensive...and I am terrible at making cosplay...so it's going to be rough.
