This is gorgeously well-painted! Watercolors are a fine artistic medium to utilize. SO many patterns and blends to be sought out! :3
I really dig the range of textures you've implemented into the blue strands of hair on her tail and head. It presents an ideal contrast to the blacks and grays present throughout.

Hair can react so absurdly to even the slightest of altercations! That is pretty cool though... seeing how natural your soft curls flow freely. I once had hair-length that ran down to my mid-section and it was... temperamental, to say the least. XD
