Profile of Denali, a young gray wolf at the International Wolf Center in Ely, MN (USA). He was born on April 27, 2008 and thus was about 20 months old at that time I took the photo.He is one of the most beautiful wolves I have ever seen. I might upload other photos later where you can see how amazing his build is...

I'm a huge fan of Denali and have been watching him steadily grow from a clumsy pup into the handsome wolf he is today. You did a great job capturing his regale side and not the brat side that usually shows through.

No... most of the photos taken through the glass at the IWC came out quite blurry, especially because it was quite dark there at that time and I only had the 28-300, which is not the fastest of all lenses.... so I didn't bother even sorting through the photos anymore.

It's funny to see IWC's resident obnoxious goofball portrayed so dramatically. xD I think this is the most dignified I've ever seen him. Beautiful shot.

Yes, it is... and it's actually quite comfortable to take photos there. But also very difficult, since you have to shoot through glass, which rendered 80% of the shots blurry in some parts of the picture...

Unfortunately I didn't get many usable photos from the IWC, most are below my standards regarding sharpness and/or noise, because you have to shoot through windows with non-photographic glass ;( Even this one is not as sharp and clean as I'd like it to be.
