EDIT: DESIGN CHANGE! I did like his design, but I still decided to at least update his Ultimate form. And well... Not make him playful like his Rookie and Champion form.--
Calm, cool, & collected. Twilightmon does not fool around at all. His/Her left eye is covered for a reason, due to having more dark energy. Once revealed, rumor has it when you stare into Twilightmon's eye from hell, you will see your own nightmare. It's twin tails are twice as powerful, now having it's own half of light and darkness.

Shadow Hex - Fire a dark beam from it's jewel on it's forehead and tails
Holy Blessing - Heals Allies with the light the jewel tipped tails
Rebellion Baragge - A close range attack using her/his paws and feet
Dark Temptation - Stares at the opponent and Hypnotizes them into a trance and make them see what they fear the most, making them confused & petrified.
Repention - Fires a powerful light beam, size and speed as a bullet.
