If you got photoshop, you can adjust the levels to give it better contrast.

what kind of program do you have? i'm sure scanners are supposed to come with programs that will allow you to at least adjust the image.

Photostudio 5.5 or some nonsense like that. And I was going to open it with my other scanner's program that does balancing and contrast stuffs but it's like, "No! No like that file!" (Even though it's just a jpeg...) =\

No, it takes jpegs. It saves as jpegs. *shrug* The two programs just don't agree.

8D Thanks so much! I actually wasn't even sure how the beams of light would come across since it was totally experimental. I'm glad they came out okay though!
