Hello guys, I'm back with new stuff. This is what I worked on last week. Busy times with practical aside, I managed to get some time to draw, AND colour. I actually finished the drawing part earlier, but for some reason I was too lazy to colour.

This is a fan comic of RWBY, a Roosterteeth production, I'm sure that lots of you are RT fans as well. The first episode is to be released around July, so far, there's 2 trailers shown, featuring the girl in red hood, Ruby, and the white-haired girl, Weiss. Look it up at youtube on RT's channel, the trailers were pure unadulterated kickass.

I tried searching for RWBY's fanarts some time ago and only found several minor derivatives works of the trailers, mostly vectors. So, I decided to give it a spin, in 4koma form, which I think would be more novel than standard fanarts.. I've been a fan of RT and AH for quite some time, this should be a natural path to follow.

My main problem was, like most first times, I had trouble choosing colours. I am not sure if Ruby's hair is supposed to be like that. The original artwork are more black, with reddish shades. The artistic decision of the trailer also made it harder to determine the proper colour of her hair, so I went with really dark red. For Weiss, I always have trouble choosing light colours. Weiss embodies white, but I'm still not sure if full white as hair colour is appropriate, I might try some really light blue in next comic.

Anyways, hope that you all like and support future RWBY fan 4komas. Is there any RT group in dA? Last time I searched for RT and AH fan arts, I saw quite plenty, though a disturbing amount of them are borderline yaoi shipping of Michael and Gavin... dubbed 'Mavin'...
