When she did my commission, she said that if you wanted your picture vectored, with a background or not, it costs $30. If you just want a simple, shaded in outline like I did, it might cost $20 cheaper. Mine was $9. She takes payments through Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, sign up for it quick. It doesn't take that long. If you don't know how to send money through Paypal, she will send you a link if you ask. If you try to figure it out yourself, it's actually pretty easy. Just go into your account, and look for the button that says 'Send Money' and then go from there.
