I only used them once for a colouring job where there were some medieval clothes and I wasn't sure which colours to pick so I found some nice colour palettes ; 3 ;

I was having a hard time with the colors for this adoptable
so i found one on my pc and thought it would fit ;w;
I usually put some weird colours and then change them with the filter on sai ^w^
But using colour pallets is fun,you should try sometime *7*

Same here, I always edit the colours when I finish a drawing, usually it's just the brightness and contrast,
but sometimes I edit them more in photoshop with colour balance and curves
