Ah yes, Yoshi and Mario do make a great team. Yoshi helped to raise Mario and Mario spends most of his time with Yoshi. This picture in particular was drawn on a trip to the coast. Whenever I travel, I usually bring a book of reference images or just books in general with pictures I can use to assist myself. This particular image should be recognizable to any die hard Nintendo fan. For those who are confused, this pose was referenced from the Nintendo Power guide book of Super Mario Advance 2, which I happen to own. However, I changed up the background a little and gave this picture my own spin. I hope it shows. This was fun to do and I do like how it turned out for the most part.
