I love just about everything about this picture. I'm not an art critic and there's probably some room to improve, but to me, it's the most perfect group shot of HuMane 7 (plu Starlight and Spike, and Angel I guess) there can be. I like the composition, how the Humans are in the middle (except Pinkie Pie, cause rules don't apply to her) of the couch, while Sunset and Starlight sit on the edge, yet still somehow keep their prominence and don't feel left out. And no two characters show the same emotion, even if they might seem similar. Rainbow is just aloof, showing off and stealing as much spotlight as she could; Applejack probably comtemplates pushing her off (notice her hand); Rarity is drama-queening, maybe because someone else is stealing the main spotlight (or she's jealous of the attention others get?); Twilight looks like she's unaware they're taking a photo, but Pinkie reminds her of it in her own way. Starlight seems to enjoy that ice-cream so much she's distracted from the fact that she's in a group photo in the first place. Spike is a dog, he definitely doesn't care about the photo, but keeps close to the group just because he wants to belong.
And Sunset... Sunset is just happy to be here and I'm happy that she's happy.
It's been my wallpaper for months. That's coming from someone who keeps changing them all too often, yet this stays.

They're cartoons. Fantasy =/= reality and if your kid doesn't get that you have bigger issues than a skinny cartoon kid. If parents/caretakers aren't lazy and teach their kids how to tell the difference they won't have to worry about their kids getting bad messages from TV shows. Their biggest influence comes from the people around them. If they have a healthy support system that from the start let's them know they're loved and accepted no matter how they look and who encourage them to stay fit for health's rather than looks sake they will be fine.
