I haven't painted anything for myself all week so it was nice to spend a Sunday afternoon on this.
I tried some different stuff with this piece like leaving certain areas flat. It was fun and I like how it turned out. Also, blood spatter brushes!
(I can't remember where I downloaded them from, it was a loooong time ago. 
)Painted in Photoshop 6 with a Wacom Graphire 3 pen tablet. 5 hours-ish. Screencap from the movie used as reference, of course.
Blade & Deacon Frost belong to Marvel.

Haha, sooooo Frosty ^^ Haha, I knew Your Frosty-artworks from some time from google XD Nice to find You on DA XD OMG... I see that You love Frost too and draw him again and again (ok, not only once). Haha - what is with that guy? XD I just could not stop drawing him, just stop and he backs again... XD and if I only think I love that character since 1998... I think this is just crazy XDDDD

^^ Yes, we are not alone. There are some of us ^^ Only some - I guess it is because it is quite old movie. But it is okay. Haha I was so angry at Marvel for killing him that I wrote then (in 1998) fanfic in which he has a daughter who bring him back to life after some years XD I am crazy, I kno XD He is just awesome - I had too XD Just like now I have to draw Bucky burning down all the Hydra hahaha XD If I love the character I just want him to be a winner XD Whole me XD Oh I miss Frost so much too - that's why I can't stop drawing him. But happily I can always rewatch Blade or watch another Dorff's movie - he played some awesome villains XD But Frost was simply the best ^^
