the elbow now looks great but his left wrist area is a bit thin now it showld be abit thicker.
right arm looks better but needs more attention.
I see he did not do a diet scheme, his is still a bit overweighted.

You are better in drawing boys then girls, you got this male touch in all of your drawings.
That's why male characters look very good, while female characters are slightly lacking feminine within them.
Very good drawing, he needs some exercise since he is a bit plumpy around his waist
Major notes:
- his right lower limb should get thinner as it extends to his hand.
- his left elbow is quite not the right size compared to his arm.
Minor notes:
- You should improve your hand/finger drawing.
- Same with the scarf, I like the idea but it feels like it doesn't have any significant weight.
