Well, this is the last pic of my sleepy gym leaders pics. Here's Liby, taking a good night of sleep. And she deserves it, she's a busy mom, teacher and gym leader.^^ good night.

While I sadly do not have a premium, so I cannot give a "real" critique, and am not the greatest of artists, I will try and help anyway.
My favorite part of this piece has to be the coloring. It is simply lovely. It really gives off the feeling of soft moonlight coming in through a window, and the shadows and highlights are very well-placed. I like the stylistic eyes and blush as well, and the hair, while a bit wild, looks quite legitimate. There is one thing I would suggest you look at here: her anatomy. The arm looks very good, especially the shoulders, but her hand seems a bit off. If the fingers were a bit longer in relation to the hand, as well as there being a little more definition in knuckles and the various curves of the hand, it would be perfect. Her neck is a little too far back on her head, as well as her head being a bit too wide for her shoulders, but those are simple to fix and common mistakes: people naturally want to make the head large when they draw manga to accentuate the pretty eyes and features. The build of her torso is perfect, with one exception: her waist is far too thin to be anatomically possible. I see this problem often, (even in Disney movies, actually, Pocahontas looks like a barbie doll) but in an effort to make their characters more appealing, artists have a tendency to exaggerate a few characteristics of their characters: boobs and thin waistlines being the biggest culprits. While her breasts aren't too ridiculous by any stretch of the imagination, they LOOK too big because of how thin her waist is. No woman has curves that dramatic. As this is manga, and things are meant to be exaggerated, it's fine to have a waistline slightly thinner than the norm. However, I do recommend you take a few minutes and observe real women to get an idea of their proportions. Aside from those little anatomy things, it looks great overall, and as I said before, I simply love that coloring. Good luck to your improvement, and I hope to see more of your work in the future!

I give you a point about the arms and hands. That's really really hard to draw, and trust me, I keep practicing over and over and over to make them look goood.
