Some call him handsome, others are terrified by the way he looks (pale skin, ugly smile, dark eyes). That is the description from the books. If you check my other Witcher art (in the Witcher folder in my gallery) you will find an even more bishounen Geralt and other Geralts as well drawn in somewhat different styles. This one was a mix between Witcher 1 and Witcher 3 Geralt. In the trailer for Witcher 1 I think Geralt looks pretty bishounen www.youtube.com/watch?v=WkjvmG… and that might be because he looks younger and has no beard, nor wrinkles. But I understand if you don't particularly like my interpretation. To be frank bishounen Geralt was not even my intention.

I didn't mean to imply that I didn't like it. It still looks nice. Only that its a bit funny because it's unusual. I hardly even see parodies of the witcher and fanart almost always make him look dour. He has the expression here but he looks more like a Caucasian Sephiroth.

No...I was actually amused by your first comment you know... the idea of a bishounen Geralt...quite hilarious. Funny thing you mention Sephiroth. I got the Sephiroth vibes when I first watched the Witcher 1 trailer (not the ingame model because that one is butt ugly, I am referring to the clip when he is fighting the Striga). Geralt's face changed in every game. At some point (when they were working on Witcher 2)they changed Geralt's face proportions so much that people complained so they changed it again. Anyway, thanks for the feedback XD...and for the good laugh.
