This stripe 82 Airborne Division
During WWII was better, though colorful, so little good camouflage...

Oh yeah I also saw that but I didn't realized it was 82nd airborne division logo, the only thing I realize is that guy is a sergeant

I don't know. During WWII marking - three belts were a sergeant but in our times.. I don't know

Just remember,if you see at least 3 stripes in the badge. It means its rank is sergeant

There's a patch above the rank insignia that says "Airborne."
