This is my second favorite song in the musical, and even at 12 years old, I could tell there was more behind it than just Don Juan and Adminta meeting up in a secret tryst. This was the culmination of the antagonism on the opera house community and the rivalry between the Vicomte de Changney and the Phantom, not a mere scene from literal Hell. I love the way you did the lighting, even if I wish I could see Christine's face a bit better.

Okay, first off, this is really a great painting! I'm just getting into watercolors, and it's pretty difficult, yet you make it so effortless here!
I was wondering...Do you have the reference for this? I know it's been two years since you've painted this, so you probably don't have it anymore. It's just that, I started drawing the same image back in 2007, and I've just found it recently and want to restart it...But I cannot find the reference photo. So I've sort of resorted to searching deviantart, and asking people who've drawn or painted the same picture. Low, I know

I have to say, the phantom of the opera sure seems to have inspired some amazing works from you. If I were half the artist you were I'd love to take a run at illustrating the scene in the beginning where the auctioneer unveils the repaired and electrified chandelier.
