Honestly, he could've gotten a fight worth that kind of death. I'm ok with him dying just not Star going Super Saiyan and annihilating him, he was a war general for a reason. I know it wont happen but if he comes back, he needs a fight worth it or a story he deserves

well in fact ludo is who finish him,and i think his death (actual death not just being meltd by star) is anticlimatic and i think it show how hisΒ own confidence in relation to his power and intelligence and that's quite good for the plotΒ

Eh, but that alone proves his death should've been better at least. (It was very anticlimactic) There is so much we dont know about him. The special only gave us more questions about him. Who is Toffee? Does he have a secret form? What is his relation to Eclipsa? Was he around for the monster massacre? Why did he go rouge?
Back to the death, no he isnt much of a fighter but still, neither is Bill Cipher yet he got the fight he deserved.
