My entry for the contest "Les Archives De Mavrah" #5 on BIONIFIGS. The theme was the Makuta of Stelt, I wanted to make a dandy, a noble, haughty and perfidious character at the top of the Steltian hierarchy, who use his sceptre to use his power, but only by making brief moves with it, without moving an inch himself.
