This is a lovely piece of traditional work and a nice homage to Batman that come together nicely as one whole piece. The portrayal of Batman in your style of design is good, capturing a lot of the mystery and power of the character. The way you've done that is more so in the facial gesture which really makes it work well and presents that you also a strong hand in life drawing as well. More so what's an additional touch is the anime appeal that has been included in the simplicity of teh eyes and jaw area of your design.

The shading is very nicely explored and the contrast through the pencil gradients is very well touched upon and merge nicely in the line art that defines the aspects of your concept.
