Description
With all the art generators, programs and tools that exist an effect that I see showing up often is some kind or other of an Andy Warhol effect. Different apps offer different Warhol effects but I'm yet the see one that does something even remotely reminiscent of Warhol's techniques.

I was curious to know if there were PS techniques to achieve the silk screen effect and I found a few, this is my first attempt (↬Richard Brouwer): Maila Nurmi Aka Vampira

The picture of Maila I used was the best I could find in five minutes on the web. I don't own the rights to the picture, but since I used it for learning purposes only it is fair use.
