Also, Banjo Kazooie was supposed to be in the original Smash Brothers game but didn't make it in because of time constraints, I think.

You need to play the other two games, they're a load of fun. (If you enjoy 3D platformers, that is) I grew up with them, so to me, they're the perfect platformer series.

I have, actually. I could not get into them. The only one I enjoyed was the infamous, yet overhated, Nuts 'n' Bolts. I'm not that keen on playing collect-a-thons this day and age, though I have tried stuff like Super Mario Odyssey, but sorta panned off...

I honestly don't hate Nuts and bolts and I love the other two, I just don't like as much as the first two. It still has the Banjo Kazooie charm with the dialogue and it's funny how it makes fun of itself as if Rare knew that fans will dislike it.

It feels as the only reason it's "Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts 'n' Bolts", is the fact that going by the name of a nostalgic franchise would garner it some attention. I think if it used another IP, or made a new one, it would either get it a better reception or fade into obscurity until someone brings it up.

It was actually supposed to be a Banjo game from the get go, but because of the worlds being too big, they started using cars and it just went from there. It was originally supposed to be a remake of the first game but they were like, "We could make a new game instead of a remake". The new look was them "HDifying" the N64 models while keeping the charm the original had, and they did try using the old look while being more HD but it lacked the charm, they said. Also, if you want to try a Rare game without collecting, play Conker's Bad Fur Day.

I do like how they remade the looks. I think I prefer this over how people will just make a HD version of the original Banjo, and not the NnB Banjo design.

I don't really mind the nuts and bolts design, but I grew up with the original look so that's always Banjo Kazooie to me.

As their grab move, yes, that could work, but I don't know about to attack with as they have other moves to do that with.

As I could gather, he can also use his backpack and Kazooie as slams, so those could also be tilts.
