I've decided to make him Hero's french cousin
I haven't thought of a use for him yet
He's kinda flirty, but unlike Hero he won't try to grope the woman and he's a lot more polite, intelligent and mellow unlike the pervy, dimwitted, flamboyant Spaintard -___-
He likes Hero but Hero doesn't like him
He's quite pale and tends to get sick easily.
he likes scarves
So yeah, that's all I can think of for him for now
