...or 'Winter Flame' translated into english.It's a speed paint-doodle thingy that got out of hand. As such, I'm discouraging critique on this - it was not in any way planned, and thus there are several things you may wnat to complain about.
Some amount of detail was lost as I played with teh color scheme - the black takes over and erases teh depth of certain things - and hey, i don't care! 
It's just purely for my own enjoyment and not meant as anything serious - like I said, it's an overworked doodle, but I kinda fancy it so here ya go. And I really wanted to upload something new! 
EDIT; for those of yall shocked about teh whole speedpaint/doodle thing - it all and all took me about 3 hours, just so you know, and to me that's a speed painting. .)

i like it! its really pretty even though its not refined or a perfect piece. the concept and the fact that this is but a simple doodle makes it really pretty.

Have you read the book "Firebringer"? I can't remember who its by, but its about a black unicorn who has flame... hard to explain, but this is the perfect illustration for that book. Great job.

That has to be one of the most convincing, realistic flames I have seen in a digital piece :3 This pic is so lovely, and gives a wonderful feel. Great job on the snow storm as well, it's almost as if you can see shapes in the background

There's something particular that I love about this, I can't put my finger on it... Perhaps it's how nice his black, velvety coat and the flaming horn look against the blizzard...

vary nice I like the contrast of the flame to the black of the unicorn as well as the gray moutains in the back ground. Also the clouds mist and snow complete the picture wonderfuly.
