Description
Aerie Forsythe is an antagonistic character from a story-in-progress, still in it's very very early stages tentatively titled "Trigger".

She is the daughter of Cargan Forsythe, CEO of Forsythe Industries, the robotics and defense authority of the world. Granted, it is a monopolistic company which has entire cities crushed under its corporate bootheel, so it cannot be considered a company set out for the greater good...

To her father, Aerie is much more of an expendable employee than of his own flesh and blood. This forces a deep resentment of him yet a simultaneously great understanding in her.

Her weapon is called a Whipsword, aptly named for its lightsaber-esque blade which is able to loosen its magnetic field at the pull of a trigger and thusly create a whiplike laser. It serves a lethal dual function as a solid blade and a terrifyingly accurate ranged cleaver, and Aerie is unafraid to wield it expertly.
