Description
I decided to make an OC for Undertale, may have went a little overboard with the details. If anyone actually wants to use this character for a fanfiction or something your free to do so, however if you do I would appreciate it if you would leave a link in the comments so that I can read it.

About Monaco:

Monaco is quite and a little shy, but is also very kind and gentle unless provoked, like when people call her short. She is also a little lazy due to the time she spends with Sans and likes to have naps.

However she is also known to hold grudges against those who get on her bad side and it takes a long time to get back on her good side and even longer to regain her trust.

If on Monaco’s bad side she is extremely cold and tends to act aggressively causing her to sometimes come off as cruel, merciless or even psychotic. However if Frisk starts the Genocide route and kills Papyrus they will view Frisk with hatred regardless of whether or not they are on the pacifist route or not, Frisk can regain Monaco’s friendship however it will take a lot of effort and time, but Monaco will always keep a close eye on Frisk as she will never fully trust them again. She also, without anyone finding out, sometimes gives the people she doesn’t like nightmares using her “Dream invader” ability.

She doesn’t wear shoes because she finds them uncomfortable.

Dream invader (Can enter other people's dreams by hacking into their soul, she is able to alter the targets dreams or cause them to have a dreamless sleep. She mostly uses this to help Sans when he has nightmares, although she does sometimes use it on people she doesn't like, since she doesn't actually need to be near them to use the ability she is never caught)

Soul magic -

Monster-hacker soul (Gives Monaco the ability to alter her own stats for a limited time)

Copy (lets Monaco steal and use one of her opponents abilities for 1 turn)

health leach (for every 20 points of damage she deals Monaco recovers 1hp)

extra lives (Monaco can reset her HP to full after it hits 0 three times, 3 lives. maximum health, attack and defence lowers with each death)

Agro mode (sets Monaco’s LV to 14 for 4 turns, damage x2, defence x2. can only use this ability once in battle, makes her extremely aggressive)

Weaknesses:

Haircut (Monaco’s hair is made out of binary code, cutting it causes an error making her freeze for a few seconds while it corrects itself)

Agro drawback (Exiting agro mode drains her energy, taking 3 points from each stat)

soul error (If FUN value is 32 there is a chance that the binary code in Monaco’s soul can become corrupted through the overuse of her stat alteration ability, this causes Monaco’s soul to start leaking HP. This makes her lose one of her extra lives so that her soul's code can reset)

Backstory:

Monaco is the younger sister of Sans and Papyrus, she was created by Doctor W.D Gaster using the same method he used to create her brothers, however instead of just his own DNA he also included some of Toriel’s (with her consent) and an unknown code monster. Gaster did this for two reasons 1, he wanted another child and 2, he wanted to see if a combination of a boss monster and a code monster could potentially destroy the barrier on their own through the amplified abilities of the code monster.
