I actually have 3 different versions based on 087B One was on the Duke nukem 3d engine,haversine's and the Blitz3d engine ... Which one do you think has got a more creepier atmosphere?

i've made it to the end in both versions of B and to Mr. Ghosty Face in the original, but anywho, wow this is an incredible piece! i faved it before but forgot to comment, so here i am doing that... if you can do 173 from B and possibly the original 087-1, i'd love to see those and would fave them in an instant! thanks for sharing this!

Well it's terrifying
the random jump scares are what do it, large spaces in between them are to intentionally lower your guard, so when one actually shows up you go

That's a pretty clever tactic they use, Most scare games go straight for the cheap shots, Jumpscares all the time, But making them spaced out is good way too make the game entertaining, Kinda like how I love the game Amnesia, but even in some of the Custom Stories, The game overuses the same jumpscares, But they make up for it for the whole stressed slow chase and the Hiding methods. Pretty fun game.
