What a pretty dog! Her coat is sooo flowy! I love it! I love that red-orange coat on goldens much more than the lighter one! She is shroooo cute! You are also quite good at photography as well! I like spazzy dogs, they are the best too! But also, when their inside, you want them to be laid back. XD I must go and steal her and run my finger through her beautiful fur!!! So awesome!! I trained my neighbors dog, (since I don't have a dog, I'll go and search for people who do, and walk theirs 24/7) Molly, to 'high five' as well. Except, she doesn't have the best cordination, and sometimes she'll miss and shove her paw in your face..... lol
We have two Goldens right next door.. But they are kept INSIDE ALL DAY. IN CAGES... Because their owners think that they might get 'dog napped'... No joke. It is ridiculously funny.... They will get them the good dog food, for active dogs. Those things will go nuts. And get this, they won't let the dogs off leash in their fenced in yard! He walks them on a LEASH in his fenced in yard! And also, he just got like a six foot fence up around him.. It is soo sad...

It really is. So stupid and ridiculous. They got like a eight foot wooden fence. What is the person gonna do? Jump over the fence, grab the frickin dog, lug it over the fence, and run away with the dog. lol And, their not even like a super high class show dog either! Their pure bred, but I mean, their are several dogs in the neighborhood that are purebred AKC. Worth 'much more to people' (honestly, I don't think that is right. All dogs are awesome. In all dogs, their is other dog in them. No dog on the planet can be a pure bred. All dogs are equal to me anyways.) why would they go for two really highper dogs? Its super sad. The idiot pet owners (we call the Mr. Nick and Mrs. Sandy) say they 'love their dogs' but really? That's stupid. If they really did love their dogs, they would understand fully that they arrived from wolves, and wolves would have miles of territory that they live in, and guess what? Keeping them locked up in cages in their basement ain't enough for them. They don't take them for walks, or whatsoever any exercise then going pee or crap. You can see it affects the dogs too, they seem mentally unstable, (I know that sounds funny lol) and whenever they get out, they kinda move their hips funny, and their three and five year old dogs, that are getting white around their muzzles! The last two dogs he had, they only lived till six, and seven. He claims that 'he can't control the dogs' and literally just because they pull a little, they don't go for walks. If that man would only give me the leash for once, I bet I could train those dogs to walk very good. But the dogs also don't get fed treats. They get fed dog food. That's their diet. Just dog food. So they would go nuts if their dogs were trained by treats. And honestly, I have trained a couple of dogs how to jump over polls, walk on a leash right, and a number of tricks. Using quite a lot of treats. And none of them are plump or unhealthy.
And you work at an animal shelter! I am soooo gonna work at an animal shelter when I am fifteen!!!! I am going to be a veterinarian, so I need to work around animals a lot to earn credits for collage. Tell me, what do you do at the animal shelter? Do you like clean the cages and whatever they have their, feed the animals and do what? I wanna know! It sounds like heaven!
And Ima drive to Canada so I can touch da whittle doggy!! (I call all dogs puppies. No matter how old they are. XD)

Well I don't "work" there now, I volunteer there but I'm pretty sure I've got a job there for the summer so then I will be working there.
What do I do? Lots of stuff, I take lotsa dogs for walks, usually two a day each for half an hour. Gives me lots of exercise! Yeah, I clean cages, make sure their beds are made and they've got fresh water. And I have to play with the cats so they can be sociable, which isn't always a basket of roses. I've gotten scratched on the face before. OW.
When the job comes along this summer, I'll be doing more important things if I get it. I'll be giving them shots and vaccines, microchipping them, overseeing adoptions, stuff like that. But I'll still be able to walk dogs and play with the kitties.

They really are. Every once in a while, (not to be psycho or anything) we might see a doggy that got hit.... Never do we see a cat. Those cats are like sooo smart. Dogs, they will have puppies under a shed. Cats, they'll have kittens IN the shed. Much warmer there. There are like two or three dominate male dogs in the 'pack'.. Once is a lab size black dog, with like a brindle coating. He has a white tip on his left ear, and a dark brown tip on the end of his tail. I call him Alamo. XD Then there is Dudley. :/ He has owners, however they let him roam with the feral dogs. He is this big poof of a black mutt. He resembles a Newfoundland a lot. Although, he isn't. He is completely black. On his front left foot, he has a little tipping of white on it. Besides that, he is just a big mess of black. Then there is Edger. He looks like this: [link] Except one floppy ear, and one full ear. His coat, I can't really sum up. It is like this brown coat, with tan all over. His under belly, and inside of his legs (towards his under belly) is a dark brown. He has a black on his muzzle, leading down to his chest, then it goes away in the underbelly... His ears are tan as well. That's all I can explain. Edger, Dudley, and Alamo are all the 'leaders' of the feral dogs.
The cats, they are mostly tuxedo's, tabby's, silver tabby's, Tortoiseshell, and (like our cat) Tabby white's! The mass majority are tabby and silver tabby's. People try to catch the Tortoiseshell cats a lot, so they can breed them. Instead, they beat the humans up. XD They scratch and bite. They have even mastered the skill to avoid getting trapped in those animal traps. XD And I swear, I've seen them finish the cat food in the trap and then set it off with there back foot. I swear!!!
Although, aside from being feral, they are pretty nice cats. I hand feed them at our local park (it is literally five minutes from my house) a lot. I'll just give them a few treats though. I even taught Rusty (a Tortoiseshell) to give me his paw. Funny, he is still a little 'rusty' on it though.

I have no idea why, but I'm having a hard time picking a pose with you reading the book. Are you both reading the book or just you?
