okay so we all seen this one done in public plenty of times in movies and tv shows. the basic standing lift. feat shoulder width apart and as you see Sakura here that's the starting position. all you gotta do is lift up then come back down to the start position but don't bend your back or anything like that or go too fast since other wise you'll hurt you're lower back.
