This picture...is my pride and joy. My expression here shows true pain, because I WAS in pain. For this shot to work, the photographer grabbed me and slammed me full force into the wall. ....it hurt, as you can clearly see is very strong, and I'm equally tiny. The logic stands clear

But, even so, I let her hurt me, because I was determined to have a picture showing Mello's true agony. After all, his skin is burnt to a crisp, there are stitches in his right cheek (which you sadly can't see ), and blood is soaking through his bandages from the wounds. Boy had to be in some serious pain, which we tried to display as much as possible.

BTW. This shot in particular was grabbed for the contest over at they want something creepy? I'll give it to them Mello in his post bomb glory FTW

Makeup was a conjoined effort between us both, using my atypical methods Certain parts were touched up with editing (burns, rosary), but what you see is actual torched flesh. Fear it, love it, all that jazz.....and by real, I mean makeup guys! Maybe
